Does giving my agents our standards use Analysis Credits?
No. Standards delivered to your IDEs and AI agents through the MCP server are free and unlimited. Analysis Credits are consumed only when code is reviewed, so getting it right up front costs you nothing and saves you credits later.
What if I run out of Analysis Credits?
Pull request checks pause until you top up. We'll notify you well before you run out so there's no surprise interruption, and you can enable auto top-up to purchase more Analysis Credits when your balance runs low.
Can I change my platform plan?
Contact sales to upgrade or downgrade your platform plan. Any unused top-up credits remain in your account.
Do I have to pre-pay for Analysis Credits?
Each plan includes monthly Analysis Credits (which don't carry over). If you use your included credits, Small and Medium plans require pre-payment for top-up packs. Enterprise plans can arrange invoice billing and custom payment terms.
Will I get alerts before running low?
Absolutely. Email alerts are sent when total plan and pack credits drop below 10%, 5% and when exhausted. You'll always know your Analysis Credit balance and can top up before checks pause.
